* Cancellation of registration and request for refund of the amount paid, must be requested via email, and will only be accepted up to a maximum of 15 (fifteen) days before the course starts. 80% of the amount paid in the same checking account that the payment was made will be returned within 15 working days of the date of notice of cancellation.
If the cancellation of the registration is made after the period of 15 (fifteen) days, there will be no refund of the amount paid, but the participant may use this credit in another year or even indicate another person for his vacancy, who will enjoy the 100% already paid.
